-Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

-Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

-Items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Process

-To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

-All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

-Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

Store Credit

-Issued the same day the return is received and validated.

-Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
